We understand that building trust and driving change take time. Based on past industry experiences, we acknowledge that technology companies have posed a threat to our livelihoods. We don't ask for your blind trust, but we hope you'll give us a chance when Realtors need it most.
In light of recent national news concerning antitrust lawsuits between REX Real Estate vs. Zillow and the National Association of Realtors (click here to read the article by realtrends.com), it's crucial that we, as agents, take this national news seriously.
Furthermore, it's the right time to examine our MLS association and the current developments in our community.
One thing we can all agree on is that another misstep by real estate industry leadership could jeopardize all our jobs.
With that said, we've created a survey to gauge the sentiments of paying subscribers (agents) of BNAR regarding local leadership and decisions that affect us.
The more responses we receive, the more powerful our collective voice will be, and the more likely it is to be heard by those who desperately need to hear it.
